UR-CEBE Projects
UR-CEBE implements high-impact research and innovation projects aimed at strengthening biomedical engineering capacity, digital health systems, and community-driven solutions. Each project is tracked through clear activities, deliverables, and verifiable evidence.
SYNAPES Project
The SNAPSE Project is an NIH-funded partnership between the University of Rwanda, AIMS, Washington University in St. Louis, and MDClone to build capacity in synthetic healthcare data for research.
It provides faculty and trainees with short courses and mentored, semester-long research projects using the MDClone ADAMS platform, culminating in hands-on experience and scientific publications.
Ongoing evaluations of training and research activities ensure continuous improvement and wide dissemination across DS-I Africa programs.
