About UR-CEBE Master’s Programs

The University of Rwanda, Regional Centre of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering and eHealth (CEBE) is conceived as the Centre that will provide leadership, intellectual capacity, and infrastructure required to accelerate the provision of cost-effective, technology-supported healthcare services in Rwanda and the East African Community (EAC) Region.

The vision of CEBE is to build a critical mass of a qualified and transferable workforce to sustainably boost the Biomedical and Clinical Sciences sector with competent technical support skills, innovation, research and development capabilities, while putting in place a conducive environment for the development of a vibrant and dynamic service industry.

The aim of the UR-CEBE is to develop highly skilled professionals who will lead and conduct research that impact the national and international regions in Biomedical Engineering and eHealth Sectors.
